Arkansas corn market report for November 18-22, 2019

The past week of reporting for the Arkansas 2018 No. 2 Yellow Corn Cash Market began with a weekend loss of 4 cents compared to the previous Friday closing price.  The market traded within a 5 cent window throughout the week before closing on Friday with price unchanged from the previous Friday mark (Figure 1).  The Friday statewide average to close this week stood at $3.81.  Highest daily individual market price for the past week was $3.92 at Helena on Tuesday.  Low quote of the week was $3.67 at Little Rock on Wednesday.  Closing prices on Friday ranged from a low of $3.69 at Little Rock to a high of $3.91 at Helena.  The 24 cent range was 10 cents wider than the previous week spread.
