Not much progress was made this past week, due to rain in the north and wind in the south. I hate to say it with all the flooding along the river, but we’re in need of a rain in southern Arkansas and the northern parts need it to dry up. Residual herbicides applied at planting are beginning to break and as of now we can’t get a decent rain to activate new over-the-top applications so our cooperators are holding out for better rain chances.
