Still have two more fields to plant, but can’t seem to miss any rains. All fields received good rainfall this past week ranging from .33” in Crittenden to 2.93” in Desha. As usual, both dryland fields received the least rainfall. Initial irrigations for early planted fields will start the end of next week if there is no rain. Early planted fields in south Arkansas are growing quickly, blooming heavily and setting a good number of pods on lower nodes. Refer to table below for field specific information.
