The Arkansas 2016 Soybean Cash Market posted a 12 cent gain over the weekend and essentially never looked back with early week gains that held through the last trading days. The market opened on Monday at a statewide average of $10.24, an advantage of 14 cents over the previous Monday opening price. The market moved higher through Wednesday before having a correction on Thursday, but moved higher on Friday to end the week at $10.49. The Friday statewide average placed the market 37 cents over the prior week’s closing price.
