Phillips county fields were the only lucky ones to have received any meaningful rainfall over the past week. Irrigation is in full swing in all fields regardless of growth stages and the dryland field Drew 1 is beginning to show significant drought stress. Insects are still at low levels and no disease has been observed in SRVP fields. However, there have been some other fields in south Arkansas that have been treated for bollworms.
