The USDA-Risk Management Agency (RMA) announced earlier this week the 2013 crop year projected price for soft red winter wheat. The projected price approved for the Yield Protection, Revenue Protection, and Revenue Protection with Harvest Price Exclusion plans was $8.57 per bushel.

The wheat crop insurance sales closing date for Arkansas is September 30, 2012 (which falls on a Sunday this year).
