The 56th annual Tri-State Soybean Forum will convene on Friday January 6, 2012 at the Thomas Jason Lingo Community Center in Oak Grove, Louisiana. Beginning at 8:00 a.m., topics discussed during this meeting will include: Current Situations and Market Outlooks for the Soybean Industry, Glyphosate Weed Resistance Updates & Resistant Weed Control Options, Mid-South Soybean Board Projects Update, Salt Water in the Mississippi River Aquifer, Later Season Soybean Diseases, and How Stress Effects Soybean Yield, as well as an update from the United Soybean Board.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide an educational opportunity for the soybean producers of the states of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.
